General terms and conditions
Commissions are for personal use only
I have the right to refuse as well as refund and discontinue a commission at any given point
This is the only instance in which I accept refunds
Client must fill out the google form to begin the commissioning process
If this is for any reason not a possibility, please contact me via E-mail instead, so we can work something out
I reserve the right to include any showcase of the commission in my portfolio or social media
Should this be a problem please let me know once the commission process has begun
Rights and Permissions
I retain full rights to the artwork
This does not include the subjects portrayed in my artwork
client is free to use commission for personal use only
Client can not use commission for non-fungible tokens [NFT‘s] or AI purposes
Payment
Payment over Paypal only
Since I live in Europe, the prices will be listed in Euros and therefore will differ in USD
I receive half the payment after accepting the commission and the rest after completing
This is to prevent me from getting scammed
